This is a new concept
within the building industry. Many builders have made
the transition from using traditional wooden stud partitioning
to the new metal stud method. This is definitely a
building skill of the future.
The aim of this course is to instruct you in the erection
of metal stud partitioning working from a plan you
will be shown how to ‘set out the site’,
and lay metal track in readiness for the studwork,
you will then be instructed on how to transfer the
track from ceiling to floor, leveling in the studwork,
how to leave window and door openings, change direction
of the studwork, and form a ‘splay’ and
corner.
MF System Suspended Ceilings are also covered during
this course.
Whether taking the first step to a new career, or simply
forming an extra room to the house by adding a dividing
